MTMX-Standards Assessment
The goal of the Standards Assessment is to elevate and validate MTMX knowledge specific to policy and training standards. Ultimately, an MTMX needs to demonstrate expert-level standards knowledge, competence, and confidence when leading and serving as the standard bearer in each restaurant. This assessment will signify a meaningful step in working toward fulfilling this important aspect of the MTMX position. Assessment #3 goes to the MTMX Team on May 23rd. #1 and #2 have been given to Kevin, Paula, Jason, and Gina.

8.10.23: ops dev meeting discussion; MTMX educating/coaching against standards (in the moment feedback/fixes); Pat will document (consolidate); approval to move to pilot
