The Culinary R&D and Supply Chain Teams have continued working with great vendors to further simplify prep and increase efficiency in our kitchens. Working on a group of items to implement that make kitchen labor more efficient while still maintaining quality and the Guest experience has been the focus. These changes include: • Butter Sauces • Cutting of Oven Roasted Chicken • Cut lettuces in water • Celebration Dessert
