Objective: Standardize and streamline the use of Guest and visit tags across all restaurants. Actions: 1. Standardize list of Guest and visit tags. a. Dietary Needs – Guest Tags b. Seating Requests – Visit Tags c. Special Events & Promos – Visit Tags d. Special Guests – Guest Tags 2. Remove non-standard custom tags. 3. Consolidate similar or duplicate tags (e.g., “WCM,” “WC Member,” and “Member” all standardized to “Wine Club Member”). Notes: • Excludes tag cleanup for Ambassador, Ambassador Elite, and Founder tags. Status: Initial Round Complete, communicated in 4/30/24 News Flash; Second Round Needed
