Plan of the Hourly Retention Program: Cooper’s Hawk is rolling out some exciting updates to our Level 1 Hourly Retention Program. Thank you for ALL of your feedback and commitment to our Team Members. Check-ins are structured discussions to identify specific actions that can strengthen a Team Member’s sense of belonging, connection, and overall engagement at Cooper’s Hawk. They provide Team Members and their managers an opportunity to share feedback and discuss things like performance, development interests, and how managers can best support them in their roles.
