TEST: RTI Bulk Fry Oil Delivery & Disposal System

Supply Chain ProjectsTEST: RTI Bulk Fry Oil Delivery & Disposal System

Test Program Overview This system replaces manual 35lb jugs with bulk storage tanks and a wand-based fill/disposal process. Key benefits include: • Cost Savings: Reduced packaging costs and bulk pricing. • Safety: Lower risk of workers' comp claims by minimizing the handling of hot oil. • Maintenance: No upfront or repair costs for filter machines. • Analytics: Real-time data on oil usage and credits. Timing: Power installation completed at all locations by April 15 RTI equipment installation: New Lenox – April 28 (6:00 AM) Burr Ridge – April 29 (6:00 AM) Downers Grove – April 30 (6:00 AM) Fire marshal inspection required 3–6 weeks post-install (mid-May through early June) Onsite operational training completed immediately post-install (or within a few days) Virtual training (dashboard/reporting) completed during inspection waiting period Go-live targeted for first week of June, pending fire marshal approval Stabilization period occurs first 1–2 weeks post go-live with monitoring and adjustments Next Steps & Team Alignment Confirm power installation completion at all locations by April 15 (JEREMY, BOB, DAN) Coordinate with RTI on final install readiness (access, placement, contacts onsite) (BRYAN) Schedule onsite training sessions aligned to install dates and ensure proper attendee mix (culinary + managers) (JAMES & STEPHANIE) Receive and review training materials (videos, guides, QR resources) and distribute to field teams (JAMES & STEPHANIE) Confirm filter paper and powder specs and align on sourcing (RTI vs existing purveyors) (JEREMY & BOB F) Pre-schedule virtual training sessions for dashboard/reporting during inspection window (STEPHANIE) Initiate coordination for fire marshal inspections and track status by location (JEREMY & DAN) Align internally on go-live readiness checklist (training complete, approvals secured, team prepared) (BRYAN, STEPHANIE & JAMES) Develop and communicate post go-live monitoring plan (usage, compliance, reporting validation) (BRYAN, STEPHANIE & JAMES)
