12.5.23: approved minimum quantities of existing plan for upcoming NROs; benchmark and build recommendation for next gen (FY24 Q1)

11.28.23: Look for additional samples to seek alternative option for button down shirt before committing to company wide rollout. Continue to stock inventory in the short term if need.

11.1.23 (Ops Dev): Bloomingdale live + next ~4 NROs; need a decision by 12.1.23 on direction (continue or change course)

Kitchen uniforms were approved 2/21/2023. Presenting FOH 3/3/2023.

Waiting for actual uniform samples. Should be in January. Once they are, the spec book will be built and that is what the companies will bid from. Once we get the bid, we can decide on the two shirts for free.
