Objective: Determine whether oil pods further reduce oil usage and improve frying performance beyond operational process changes alone. Measured oil consumption per guest while implementing standardized filtration, oil rotation, and fryer cleaning procedures across all locations. 6-restaurant pilot over 20 weeks: Compared process improvements alone vs. process improvements plus fryer oil pods.
