IL Meal Breaks - Wage & Hour
Systems automation for meal breaks is needed for IL and can be used for other compliance breaks.Right now tracking meal breaks manually; there is inherent manual error + no oversight for compliance, which can result in fines if state labor board comes in to investigate. Only impacts IL. Need an electronic solution (Simphony or other) so that we can retain electronic records + track compliance.
