PB Plateware Swap
Piccolo Buco’s china costs are ~2.5–3x higher than comparable Cooper’s Hawk locations. Proposal to switch to RAK-provided plateware using their core line with 3D customization. Estimated ~50% cost reduction vs. current steel-like china without reducing/changing usage.
