Host-Lead Host Position & Planner Responsibilities (SUB)

Objectives: 1. Refine responsibilities of the Lead Host to enhance shift management and coordination with the Manager-on-Duty. Actions: 1. Identify 3-4 Lead Hosts. 2. Certify Lead Hosts using the CH Lead Host Qualification. 3. Update responsibilities for Lead Hosts, including managing the large party list, overseeing table updates, and ensuring running sidework is completed. 4. Schedule one Lead Host for every shift using a dedicated HotSchedules location (“Lead Host”). 5. Adjust training materials to reflect new Lead Host and planner roles.
