Host-Re-Positioning Team Members at the Host Stand (SUB)
Objectives: 1. Re-arrange host team positions during high-volume periods to allow the Lead Host more focus on planning. Actions: 1. Create a structured approach to re-position Team Members, with the Lead Host and Manager-on-Duty collaborating to determine when re-positioning is needed. 2. Normal Business Positioning: a. Planner at the host stand planner computer. b. Greeter at the greeter computer. c. Seater handles seating and scouting. d. Manager floats to assist. 3. High Volume Positioning: a. Manager assists with any tables behind on seating, helps with wait times, and checks in with the Lead Host. b. Planner uses an iPad away from the host stand to focus on planning. c. Greeter and additional Seaters assist with greeting and seating as needed. 4. Train hosts and managers on re-positioning procedures to ensure smooth transitions during high-volume times.
