RLM-Enhanced ROA BOG Reconciliation Process
The ROA Reconciliation Process Test enhances the collection and disbursement of BOG cards by introducing a higher level of accountability and treating each card with the same rigor as cash. The process tracks the number of cards distributed versus collected and requires reconciliation of returned cards against the restaurant’s daily discount reports managed by ROAs. The objective is to ensure accuracy, prevent misuse, and establish a consistent, auditable process across all locations.
